Subject: Model Specifications for a Record Centre (2)
Some clarification of my earlier (and rather brief) message...
Basically I was wondering if in the course of research if anyone had
discovered a concise document that states everything you require in a
physical records centre (i.e. storage requirements, access,
environmental considerations) as well as giving details of the service
area you wish to cover and a brief summary of RM principles.
Basically the type of document that says 'An ideal Record Centre would
be 'this', 'this' and 'this'.....
I need something that would be easily read and digested by anyone.
thanks in advance
Claire
