Dear Caroline,
Allison McKinnon, Assistant Professor of Occupational Therapy,
University of Alberta, Canada, has recently completed a survey of
several Regional Health Authorities regarding client satisfaction in
the areas of Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy and Speech
Language Pathology. I don't have an e-mail address or anythinig
for her, but I'm sure you could reach her through the U. of A. I
think she likely has indformation that could help you.

I am doing some research into patients' expectations of
physiotherapy - either of the treatment involved or the
outcome itself.
Does anyone know of any specific articles in this area or
is anyone doing similar research at the moment?
Most of the literature on expectations relates to GP
consultations and the outcome is measured by patient
satisfaction. As usual there is very little related
specifically to physiotherapy that I can find.
Many thanks to anyone who can help.
Caroline
