Dear all,
a few days ago we completed the first stage of the tuning with
Professor.
As you remember, it is the tuning of the parameter Ma using the
MiniBooNE CCQE dataset
Some of the plots are here
https://users.hepforge.org/~holsch/Genieplots/GENIE/index.html
While others are in attachment.
For your information, I copied the email from professor people at the
bottom of this email.
I profit of this opportunity to wish you all a marry Christmas and a
great year ahead.
All the best,
Marco

Hi all,
we managed to convert, parametrise and perform a tuning with the inputs
you provided.
The data format and the any bins with zero error prompted us to make a
few convenience
changes to professor, most notably automatic filtering for bins with
zero error via command
line switch.
There will be a fresh release 2.2.0 available tomorrow that contains
those changes.
The fit parameter wants to be at about QEL-Ma = 1.5
I put some plots with the tuned parameters here:
https://users.hepforge.org/~holsch/Genieplots/GENIE/index.html
There is not much wiggle room to describe the tails (costheta > 0.5) for
low TMU plots.
This can already be seen from the envelope plots of the input runs
(attached)
that show that the parameter space chosen does not allow to 'enclose'
all data.
The data format you sent us is not really suited for general inclusion
in professor but the
conversion scripts we made are simple enough and can live in our contrib
part of the code
for instance.
Let us know if you want anything else to play with over Christmas or so.
Cheers,
Holger
