This innovative one-day course on the teaching role of video is essential for anyone interested in using video in a teaching environment.
Presented by Catherine Chambers, Commissioning Producer at the Open University, this course will provide participants with a clear understanding of how and why to use a visual as opposed to a text-based approach in teaching.

Why video is an important tool for learning and teaching
What makes a good video for teaching and learning purposes
Different approaches to video according to teaching use
How video works with the rest of your material
