GEM members interested in how teachers use ICT in education, including the
educational content of websites, may find the Teachers Online (TOP) site
useful.
http://top.ngfl.gov.uk/ <http://top.ngfl.gov.uk/>
The site has:
* ICT in education news - it is possible to subscribe to a regular
newsletter via the website
* case studies written by teachers about how they have used ICT in
teaching
* a library of reports, articles and links to sources of research on
ICT in education
* a list of online projects that schools can get involved in (many
will be open to schools working in collaboration with partners such as
museums, or could provide ideas/inspiration for a museum based project)
* details of events, conferences etc. related to ICT in education
It is managed by the 'Evidence and Practice' team at Becta.
