By the end of the day attendees should have a good understanding of:
Why should I use social media for marketing my organisation?
Is social marketing working? How do I know?
Where do I start?
Which social networking platforms/approaches should I try?
Basics of netiquette
There’s SO MUCH! How do I make it easy to manage?
How do I know what to talk about?
A more in-depth course led by Ned Potter (Digital marketing toolkit) builds on the skills covered in this training course and will run in Edinburgh in May 2013
