indeed, this is something Santanu should check; also, the function
config_torque_server is called (only) if the file
/opt/glite/yaim/node-info.d/glite-torque_server exists and contains
TORQUE_server_FUNCTIONS="
config_users
config_torque_server
"
that's the way yaim core works. the node-info.d file is installed when
the RPM glite-yaim-torque-server-4.0.5-2 is installed.
