I will track it down tomorrow and let you know - I have currently
initialized the environment to the values of environment of the login
shell of user edginfo, and everyhting seems to work fine. I will perfrom
binary search :) tomorrow to chase the missing variable. I suspect it to
be PATH, LD_LIBRARY_PATH, ot something related.
