The same errors happened while I was upgrading our Scientific Linux
site. I started by rpm -e edg-rgma-common edg-rgma-api-c_gcc3_2_2
edg-rgma-api-python_gcc3_2_2 edg-rgma-api-perl_gcc3_2_2 , gradually
adding in the command line all dependencies that poped up untill it
worked. Then I reran apt-get and everything worked smoothly.
