Dear Rebecca,
I and my colleague are particularly interested in this area and I in fact wrote
one of the knowledge management cases for the IPD recently. We would like to
come to this event and today have submitted our registration forms.
Unfortunately it may take up to a week for you to receive our payment from the
University. Could you please therefore take this iinto account and let me know
if you do not receive our payments - my colleague is Ms Geraldine Hammersley.
Many thanks
Maxine Robertson
