I have a type 1 diabetic who uses a needle free injection device for his
insulin. I have not seen it in action just had the hassle of prescribing
the device. He is needle phobic so the diabetes specialist nurses suggested
the gizmo. He loves it but its expensive and its a right picnic making sure
he has enough equipment. I think it uses compressed air and fires the
insulin through the skin
