Hello Zanariah,
Is this PASL data or pCASL? If it is the product PASL method, then for some reason Siemens acquire an M0 map for the 2d PICORE method, but not for the 3d FAIR method. In this latter case only perfusion weighted images can be calculated.
Best regards,
Geoff

Subject: [FSL] M0 image for SIEMENS 3D ASL
Dear experts,
I have 3D ASL data acquired from SIEMENS. However, the data has only 4 ASL images and no proton density images. How do I get the M0 image for this acquisition?
Hope someone can help me.
Regards,
Zanariah
