Hi,
It looks like you are getting a linking error.
Try the make directly from the src/flame directory, but
setting your FSLDEVDIR environment variable to be
the same as FSLDIR, that is:
for bash/sh: export FSLDEVDIR=$FSLDIR
for tcsh/csh: setenv FSLDEVDIR $FSLDIR
I assume that you have setup FSLDIR and sourced the
relevant $FSLDIR/etc/fslconf/fsl.sh (or csh) file
as per the instructions at
http://www.fmrib.ox.ac.uk/fsl/fsl/compiling.html
Note that you'll also need to make sure you've followed
step 3 of these instructions.
If that's all fine then do:
cd $FSLDIR/src/flame
make distclean
make
make install (if it works)
If this doesn't work, please send us the full
output of the make.
