Hi Stam- I believe I'm running the latest version for Ubuntu, 4.1.4. Could you please explain what those files entail and why they are not necessary for tractography? (i know that mean_d refers to the mean distribution of diffusivity and that the dyads dispersion is the uncertainty in fiber orientation, but I don't understand why they wouldn't be necessary). I am trying to run freesurfer's tracula on my dataset and the next step is halting since it cannot find the mean_dsample file. Could there be another reason for why I am not obtaining those files?
Thank You,
Ammar Moiyadi

Hi,
Are you running an old FSL version? If that's the case, please update to the
latest version. By the way, both these files are not necessary for
tractography.
Cheers,
Stam
