I recently upgraded my grid machines from Debian 6.x to Debian 7.4. To
test the upgrade, I ran a job with some 20 subjects with a total of 65
first-level runs. Prior to the upgrade, this completed without problem.
Now, I am getting 40% failure with a few different modes:
1) post-stats fails with "An exception has been thrown
Logic error:- detected by Newmat: cannot convert matrix to vector"
2) post-stats fails with "/usr/share/fsl/5.0/bin/contrast_mgr stats
design.con
Image Exception : #22 :: ERROR: Could not open image stats/sigmasquareds"
3) job simply stops writing to report_log.html after pre-stats
Is there a way to trace the failures to particular nodes, or to
eliminate this possibility? I would appreciate any ideas as to how to go
about diagnosing and fixing this issue.
Regards,
