Hi David,
did you check with avwstats -R, wether min and max are really 0?
Sometimes it has s.th. to do with registration - depends on where you created your masks (diff or
standard space) and if you gave the right *mat file for calculations.
There is not necessarily a fail of probtrack if you chose zero voxels by accident (since out of brain).
