Sorry, I'm not entirely clear what you are asking here, and condition 2 seems to have a typo (c will never be greater than itself!). If you are only interested in areas that respond significantly to two contrasts then you can use Contrast Masking within the FEAT GUI to get the intersection, or just use fslmaths with the thresh_stat images.
