Dear Andi,
There is no simple tool for this, and it would only ever work
for parameters derived from FSL tools (as everyone has
different coordinate/parameter conventions).
If you did derive these parameters from FSL, can you not
use the original matrix? If this isn't possible, please explain
the situation a bit more and we can hopefully help. However,
if the parameters do not come from FSL then I cannot help.
