Hi Rosalia,
You can specify the deisgn matrix (design.mat) and contrasts
(design.con) in the post-stats tab, using the options you quoted in
your first email.
If you are running group ICA, you can pass the resulting ICs to dual
regression to test for group differences.
Regarding the registration, if you are running group ICA, you can pass
the preprocessed, registered and resampled fMRI data for each subject,
and then just disable everything in the Pre-Stats and Registration
tabs.
