All,
Each time I attempt to run the dtifit component of FDT, I receive a Bus
error. I'm running Mac OSX 10.4.8 on a 1.8GHz PowerPC G5 with 1GB of RAM.
If I run dtifit through the GUI, progress can be seen in the terminal:
0 slices processed
1 slices processed
..
37 slices processed
Then the process is halted by a bus error. Running dtifit from the command
line does not provide the "slices processed" output, but instead returns
only: "Bus error."
dtifit.crash.log shows the following:

I understand this is not a terribly uncommon error with 64-Bit
applications on the Mac. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
