Echo time of 3.2s is unrealistically too short.

Subject: [FSL] echo time
Hello,
We are analyzing ASL data, and we want to know if we need to
model the BOLD signal in a run without any specific task. The wiki states we
need to model the BOLD signal if the subject is doing a task or "if the echo
time is not short". Our echo time is 3.2 ms, which is not too short right?
How should we model the BOLD signal in this case?
Thank you,
Natalie
