Hi!
When I need to restart bedpostx, I manually edit the bedpostx
script (usr/local/fsl/bin):
I replace
for ((slice=0; slice<$slice; slice++ ))
by
for ((slice=NUMBER OF THE LAST SLICE PROCESSED; slice<$slice;
slice++ ))
