Slice timing correction isn't in the current released version but is in
the next release (hopefully out at the end of September)

With your data it probably won't make much difference for block design but
might improve things slightly for single-event (although having the
temporal derivatives in the design like you do by default in FEAT
compensates somewhat for these small phase shifts).
