Betreff: [FSL] Setting up Mouse GLM in Feat
I'm new to all of this (fsl and fmri), so thanks for your patience if these questions seem remedial...
I'm trying to analyse BOLD effect in a mouse brain. I have 20 2D NIFTI images of one brian slice, 10 off and 10 on. They were acquired in that order. I've created a volume using fslmerge that contains the 20 slices. For the Data set up, I load up that volume, total volumes = 1 (do I do anything to the TR setting?). How do I set up my EV using the Full Model SetUp, with just one volume? I'd like for the EV array to be just 00000000001111111111, corresponding to the 20 slices in the volume. The directions in Feat Details imply that there can be only one number per volume... Would it be better/easier to load up each slice as an individual volume?
Thanks for the help,
James
