Dear FSL experts,
We are about to perform a seed-based resting-state fMRI analysis. Up until now we included the MCflirt 6 motion parameters, fsl motion outliers confound matrix, white matter, and CSF in our subject-level FEAT statistical analysis to account for motion and physiological noise/artefacts. However, we are planning to use FIX for the first time and are wondering wether including all these covariates in our subject-level analysis after FIX would be overkill or not?
More specifically, could inclusion of all these covariates after FIX cause some adverse effects on our subject-level statistics? If so, should all these covariates be excluded from subject-level analysis or just some of them?
Any assistance would be more than welcome!
All the best,
Mauricio
