Hi Dona and all
I know that song you mention "keep young and beautiful if you want to be
loved" (tells me how to suck eggs really lol). I do not recall the
original singer or songwriter but I recall that it was an 'oldie' when I
was a child in the 60s. It was revived by Annie Lennox (ex of the
Eurythmics) on her album 'Diva' 1992. Another one of my favourite songs
recently revived by the movie "The First Wive's Club" is the
Bacharach/David song "Wives and Lovers".
Its another song that tells you girlies to brush up in the looks department
if you wanna keep your husbands.
