Hi All
I notice without being too careful, that even in Rosemary Thomson -
Garland's book Extraordinary bodies : Figuring physical disabilities in
American Culture and Literature, most of the " Freaks show figures as being
female. Was this the case or just that the books I 've across have them ? Is
there any gender analysis done?
