discussions it was found that those 'relators' are a very, very usefull
explanatory element.
Title : related to the CONTENT of the resources
Label: 'title'
The name given to the resource by the creator or publisher
Date : related to the INSTANTIATION of the resource
Label: 'date'
The date the resource was made available in its present form.
Recommended best practice is
Dw.
