Hi,
Just a really small thing I want to confirm...
Based on the DCQ spec, when I am actually coding my DC the convention is to use the version labelled as "Name:" which usually starts with a lower case letter unless it is some sort of acronym.
For example, I use: MESH, issued, Period, DCMIType, ISO639-2, W3CDTF, isVersionOf
My main reason for checking this is that "Period" (and "Point") with a capital P seems out of place - based on the naming for other qualifiers, I would have expected it to be either "period" or "DCMIPeriod".
My other reason is that some of the qualifiers suggested in the Library Application Profile start with a capital letter (yes I know it is a draft, it's just it got me wondering...).
On a related note, was it intentional that the DC-Ed Audience qualifier name (once again, the version you use in the actual coding) start with a lower case "a" - since all the other (core) elements start with a capital letter?
eg. dc:Title, dc:Creator, dc:Date, dced:audience
Thanx,
Douglas Campbell
