Dear all,
I have just extended Analysis with the ability to make peak lists from
constraint lists. This is available with the latest update. This should be
useful for interpreting the restraint filtering/assignment performed by
programs like ARIA and CYANA.
The function is accessible at:
Menu::Structure::Constraint Sets:[Create Equiv. Peaks]
Note that this currently only works for restraints that were derived from,
or have links to, CCPN spectra. - The new peaks are created in separate
lists to any existing peaks, but will be under the original spectra from
which the restraints were derived.
The ability to make peaks from restraints in a peaklist of your choice,
even when the restraints come from outside of CCPN (and thus have not
spectrum links), will appear soon.
This new function was a total pain to code, so be on the look out for any
bad behaviour (and let me know).
Enjoy.
T.
