Hi CCPN
I'm getting an error when trying to link my protein backbone, with the main error being a keyError: 'cys'. The console output says:
Exception in Tkinter callback

KeyError: 'Cys'
My guess is that it is because I have linked 6 cysteines in my sequence as 3 disulfide bridges, and that protein sequence assignment somehow doesn't understand that their are other residues linked beside i+1 and i-1. After a cysteine has been selected, the strips stop being updated, and keep showing the cysteine residue strips.
