Practice Manager
£24,048 - £27,420 PA
REF: LL107
Acting as Deputy to the Head of the Records Management Service, this
role will give you the chance to really broaden your management
experience. Responsible for the operational management of the service
as well as its strategic development, you'll be managing service
personnel and finances, providing advice to senior management about
their responsibilities and promoting our service to Council departments.
Bringing excellent team working and leadership skills, together with
records management experience, you'll be a strong communicator
with the ability to negotiate with and influence staff at all levels.
Records Manager
£16,944 - £20,469 PA
REF: LL108
In this role we'll give you the opportunity to undertake a wide range of
professional records management activities, expanding your skills and
developing your experience. You'll be involved in retention scheduling,
providing specialist advice to clients and supervising the operation of
a records storage service, as well as managing specific projects.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are also essential.
For both positions you should have a records management qualification,
or be able to demonstrate extensive experience of managing records.
You will also be able to demonstrate an understanding of current records
management issues, especially with regard to the latest information
legislation. The ability to manual handle boxes of up to 15kg
is necessary.
