As part of our ongoing review of our approach to managing modern sensitive material (e.g GDPR) we are trying to understand how we can practically provide access to requested such material where legitimate (ie. with safeguards that balance the need to protect the interests of living individuals and operational organisations).
One aspect of this is checking the content, which for collections processed under More Product Less Process (MPLP) approach (with minimal description below file levels) can be resource intensive.
We just wondered whether 1) any organisations had set out any limits on volume of modern materials and 2) whether these are based on any calculations of processing times for these kind of checks or what is practicable to retrieve/for a requester to view per visit? Would be grateful to know (and if any calculations could be shared) so that we can benchmark.
Many thanks in advance,
