Department of Public Health and Primary Care
Epidemiologists/medical statisticians required to join a dynamic,
multi-disciplinary team working on large-scale research into the molecular
and genetic causes of heart attacks.
Candidates should possess a relevant first or postgraduate degree in
epidemiology, medical statistics or a closely related discipline and
relevant experience. The main focus is on the collation, analysis and
synthesis of large epidemiological datasets. The appointments will be for
up to 2 years on the Research Assistant/Associate grade within the salary
scale £20,044 to £30,002 according to qualifications and experience.
