Andrew, Mike - thanks for your excellent ideas.
On balance I'd prefer a BI-specific group - The responses to survey I've
had so far suggest that BI cuts across different departments (non
Planning etc.) and can be led from different areas - so most responses
so far have come from outside ADMIN-PLANNING. I take your point about
avoiding technobabble but it would be great to have a general group
which includes everyone with an interest in this area. I'm just looking
into another group which is apparently being set up - I'll get back to
you, maybe this one matches our interests, if not it would be great to
take you up on your offer Mike. I will get back to you
