Hi Pete,
Regarding the issue of assistive technology in online exams, I know that TechDis are in talks with awarding bodies about this. If anyone has any queries or issues they would like to be raised at these meetings please let me know and I will pass them on. I would also like to hear what assistive technology software people are using with online exams and what the issues are.
Thanks

Subject: Issues around internet/exams
Hi
I have been asked to obtain some advice regarding students accessing the internet on laptops that have been loaned out to them by the college. Does anyone know of any legal issues re safeguarding, do students have to sign agreements? etc.
Also any recommendations on the new exam rules concerning readers/scribes in exams. What software are people using. Any difficulties, good practice etc.
Any guidance would be much appreciated.
Many thanks
