Hi Julie,
Future Diagnostics offer an 8 minute STAT IO-I-PTH assay.
We did meet with UK distributor some time ago as one of our surgeons did express an interest in a POCT service but it went no further. At the time we also visited Cardiff where they were offering a POCT IO-I-PTH service using this system so it may be worth you contacting them.
The system is quite technical and therefore, in our opinion, testing would probably be best performed by a BMS in Theatres.
Let me know if you'd like contact details for Future Diagnostics.
Kind regards,
Kerry

Subject: Intraoperative POCT PTH
Dear All
I have had a request to investigate what Point of Care Testing equipment is available for intraoperative PTH testing. Is anyone at present using a POCT test for this.
Many Thanks
