Hi, I'm conducting research into the 'Learned Helplessness' phenomenon in parents of disabled children. However, I have hit a roadblock in the form of the Cronbach's alpha coefficient test required to analyse the data. In other words, I'm at a loss as to how to go about it, so am enquiring as to whether anyone has any literature/guides for conducting Cronbach's alpha. Also, has anyone happened upon any recent learned helplessness applications which may be relevent? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
