I am running SnPM (96b) using the updated (circa 10/98, 10750 bytes) version of spm_snpm_MG2x.m to compare one scan per subject, 25 subjects in one group and 17 in another. I get the following rather bizarre result after the program appears to run normally: ... The run took 53.87 minutes Correct Perm has max t 0 & rank 200 out of 200 completed permutations Run spm_snpm_pp for full results The images look OK, the setup looks OK. But obviously a max t = 0 is silly. Does anyone have a clue why this might have happened or how I can go about troubleshooting? Thanks for any help, Kevin
