This firm (and I!) searches other examples of (industrial) companies that have done too this organizational choice. I insist on the fact that it deals with "work in teams by distance" (Computer Supported Cooperative Work) and not only "work at home". My mission aims at a visit of a French delegation in an other European company to understand the rules and the benefits of such an organization During my research on the Web, I have found the website of the ETO and the report of Telework 98, and therfore your e-mail.
