You will be responsible for specialist statistical advice relating to all NYCRIS cancer information outputs which include reports, scientific papers and electronic products. You will also be involved in the design, development and analysis of projects, both in-house and collaborative, which utilise NYCRIS data. The work involves acquisition of a thorough knowledge and understanding of cancer registration data and its analysis. You should have a postgraduate qualification in medical statistics, or a first degree in statistics (with a medical component) plus a number of years' relevant experience. You should also have good communication skills and be able to work well within a multidisciplinary team.
