Dear Colleagues Does anyone (outside Wales) have a procedure to respond to requests for investigations following a Chemical Incident when investigations are required to identify the chemical(s) in blood or urine. This does not necessarily mean undertaking investigations but coordinating the collection of samples (in appropriate tubes) for referral to a specialist centre.
