I've always found the staff at the Brotherton Library of Leeds University most helpful. I suggst that you wring or write and tell them what you want to do. In the days of the Nett Book Agreement, University Libraries were given discounts when buying books in return for allowing the public in. As the NBA has gone, perhaps they are no longer obliged to let the public in - but probably will.
