Hi, My name is Scott McGowan and I have recently been appointed systems Librarian at Glasgow College Of Building And Printing. The Library system here is called BookshelF, and those who are familiar with this system will know its quirks. At present our overdues calculation programme seems to being malfunctioning, i.e. it overcharges students 40p per week rather than 20! Does anyone know the solution to that one? Also, can anyone comment on the management information generating capabilities of the system? e.g. how does one access it? What variety of reports can it generate?
