Review Group, Department of Justice, Canada) - "A Canadian Perspective
on Post-Appeal Remedies"

3.45 p.m.	Ms Glenys Stacey (Chief Executive, Criminal Cases Review
Commission; formerly Chief Executive of the Legal Aid Board for the
North East Area) - "Legal Aid at the Appeal and Post-Appeal Stage"

NOTE:  Solicitors who attend this conference may claim 5 CPD hours. 
Those wishing to claim CPD credit should enter the course details in
their personal training log under the reference CPD/SPEC.  The course
provider is The International Association of Penal Law - English
National Section.

Conference fee:  100 (includes lunch and morning and afternoon
coffee).  75 for members of the I.A.P.L. (Membership application form
attached).  Students 75.  Student members of I.A.P.L. 50.

In addition, accommodation is available at the Conference Centre for
Friday 13 November and Saturday 14 November at 85.00 per night for
dinner, bed and breakfast, or 150.00 for both nights.  (Dinner only,
available Friday or Saturday night, costs 15.00 per meal.)
