Dear All Siemens Mobility is hosting a webinar on 'eHighway - Electrified trucking via overhead contact lines' on May 20th 2020 from 1:30 PM - 3:00 PM UK time (BST). The webinar will include a Q&A moderated by Prof. Alan McKinnon. Currently two field trials of the eHighway system are running on the German motorways (a video on the Siemens website shows the experiences from the Frankfurt trial so far). The German government is considering equipping 1000s of km of motorways with this infrastructure by 2030, in order to reach CO2 reduction targets.
