The Department of Computer Engineering at the College of Engineering of İstinye University, Turkey is seeking multiple full-time faculty members and instructors for 2020 and beyond. The College of Engineering currently has 400 students and 20 faculty members, within its 6 departments Computer Engineering, Electrical-Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial and Systems Engineering, Civil Engineering, and Computer Science. The curriculum is delivered in English in the first 5 departments, and in Turkish in the Computer Science (Yazılım Mühendisliği) Department.

 

The Department of Computer Engineering is immediately seeking multiple full-time faculty members at all ranks. The faculty members are expected to perform research and development work, and teach undergraduate and graduate courses, write grant proposals, and collaborate with the researchers and faculty in the existing schools and departments. 

The faculty members and instructors are sought for teaching courses in various fields of computer engineering, with emphasis on computational sciences engineering. We particularly search for faculty members instructors that could teach courses including but not limited to:

Operating systems and systems programming

Computer architecture and digital system design

Test and verification of digital systems

Emerging technologies for computing

Computer and communication networks 

Distributed and parallel systems
