Good afternoon,

The Digital Life Initiative (DLI; dli.tech.cornell.edu) at Cornell Tech invites applications for its 2020 postdoctoral research fellowship supporting research in ethics, politics, and quality of life in digital societies, on topical issues such as algorithmic decision systems, bias and unfair discrimination, privacy, AI and ethics, and civil society. We welcome applicants from wide-ranging disciplines -- computer and information sciences, law, philosophy, data science, media studies, public policy, and social sciences. For one of the positions, demonstrated interest in contextual integrity is a plus.

For more information and to apply, please visit https://www.dli.tech.cornell.edu/postdocs

Applications will be considered beginning January 6, 2019 until positions are filled.

Please forward this announcement to others who may be interested!

Sincerely,

Jessie G Taft

On behalf of Helen Nissenbaum and the Digital Life Initiative
