Next steps - how librarians and library users can take part

The next stage of the process is to validate the user experience for each of these publishers through a series of short 15 min telephone interviews with librarians and their library users.


  1.  Register your interest<http://bit.ly/uxaward2020-research> in taking part in our research by Friday 22 November. Interviews will take place between 25 November - 6 December 2019.
  2.  Encourage your library colleagues and library users to take part in our research<http://bit.ly/uxaward2020-research> - forward our email or send a bespoke message.

Confidentiality

This research will be conducted by OpenAthens<https://openathens.org/>. We'll abide by the Market Research Society Code of Conduct<https://www.mrs.org.uk/standards/code-of-conduct> and record the interview for later analysis. We will keep the data for up to a year and will then delete it. Your personal information will be processed as described in our privacy notice<https://openathens.org/privacy/>. Your feedback will be anonymised before it is passed to the panel of judges and relevant publisher(s) so they can continue to make improvements to their services.
