Dear Colleagues,

New media have been reporting discussions between Saudi Arabia and Kuwait on oil production from fields "in the neutral zone between both countries" (example here). I was under the impression that there has been no neutral zone since it was divided in 1970. Could someone explain to me what I'm missing?

Best regards, and thanks in advance.
